Utl\u00e4ndska f\u00f6retagare ska n\u00e4mligen betala genomsnittsl\u00f6n, tycker Hans Tilly p\u00e5 Byggnads. Att ing\u00e5ngna avtal ska h\u00e5llas \u00e4r inget som Hans Tilly tycker \u00e4r viktigt.<\/p>\n
